Join WSU Extension and Conservation District staff to learn about chicken care! The event will take place on April 13th, from 6:30pm-8:30pm. Registration is required through WSU Extension. The focus will be on how to raise a flock from hatched chicks to adults, how to respond to common health issues, mistakes, and misconceptions when caring for chickens, and connecting folks with resources to further build their knowledge. The CCD will be there to discuss coop placement, manure management, water safety, and options for bedding material.
