Overview

Exciting developments are underway in our efforts to expand water conservation across our region. This page will soon serve as a comprehensive hub for all things water-related—from innovative programs to helpful resources tailored for landowners, farmers, and the broader community.

Current Offerings

Clallam Conservation District offers:

  • Irrigation Water Management Plans (IWMPs)—customized guidance for farms focused specifically on water efficiency and sustainability.

  • Funding for Precision Irrigation Projects, where we partner with farmers and share the cost of improvements to on-farm irrigation systems.

  • Installation of soil moisture monitoring equipment to enhance data-driven water management on the ground.

  • We’re currently building out a Rainwater Harvesting Program to help individuals and communities make the most of every drop.
