Changes to Soil Testing Program

We accept soil for testing the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month. Test results usually take approximately 2 to 3 weeks to process, and our planners can help you interpret your results.

  • As of February 11, 2025 our soil testing prices have increased to $35 due to an increase in both laboratory analysis and postage fees.

  • AT LEAST 3 pounds of soil is needed for testing, which is typically equivalent to a gallon size Ziploc bag 1/2 to 3/4 full.

  • Please read our Soil Test Brochure for details on how to appropriately take and submit your soil sample.
